New Client Information:

A Season For All Counseling

Jamie Hicks. LPC, PhD

Licensed Pastoral Counselor

1850 Gates, Kingman AZ, 86401

(928) 530-3330

Office Location:  COVID-19 : Currently doing phone or telecommunications.

A Season For All Counseling is located inside Hope City church. If you are going north up Stockton Hill Road, you will make a left onto Gates. If you are going south, you would make a right. If you find the front doors to be locked when you arrive, just ring the doorbell to the left, and someone will be with you shortly. As you enter the main doors of the church, you will turn left, and head down a long, winding hallway. You will pass the information center, and my office will be the first door on the left, just past the glass doors to the courtyard. Please take a seat outside of my office, and I will come out to get you when your appointment begins. Since we do meet in the confines of the church, please be respectful and quiet as you enter and leave as to not disrupt any other activities that may be going on.

How to leave messages for me:

You can call the number above at any time and leave a message for me. I check my messages daily. Because I am with clients a large portion of the day, I am unable to return phone calls during scheduled appointments, but I will try to respond to you as soon as possible.

In case of emergency after office hours:

An emergency would involve suicidal thoughts or behavior. Call 911 or go the emergency center at Kingman Regional Medical Center, 3269 Stockton Hill Rd. in Kingman, or the nearest hospital to you. Also, for suicide call The National Suicide Prevention Hotline 1-800-273-8255 or for Teens 1-800-248-8336. If you are not in a state of emergency, but feel the need to talk to someone, please call one of these Warm Lines: 1-888-404-5530 or 1-928-649-3771

How to schedule appointments:

You can either schedule your next appointment when you are in the office, or call and leave a message that you want an appointment. Please keep in mind that it is wise to schedule your appointment as far in advance as possible, in order to get the times you want.

Cancelling appointments:

*CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments need to be cancelled 24 hours in advance by calling (928) 530-3330. We agree to (and ask that clients) maintain responsibility in relation to appointment times. Any client who does not show up or cancels without 24 hours notice, will be charged to the client (1) For the first incident, a $37.50 fee, and (2) Second occurrence and any incidents thereafter is full session price. Any charges would need to be paid in full prior to rescheduling. Most insurance companies will not reimburse you for this charge. It’s important that I be given enough notice not only for the sake of my own time and scheduling, but also so that I can give another client the opportunity to take that slot.

Paying for your appointments:

Payment is expected at the time of the appointment. I accept cash, credit, and debit cards. CashApp is what I use for credit and debit transactions. If you need to make other arrangements, please speak with me before your first appointment.

During my vacations:

I do not schedule appointments or return phone calls on the weekend. When I am planning on being out of town for more than a weekend, I will notify my clients of my expected return date. If you have an emergency arise during the weekend, when I am gone, or anytime that I am unavailable, please refer to the “in case of emergency after hours" section above and take necessary steps to ensure your safety.
